Lease Deposit Power Guarantee (Tenant)

When you have found your new rental property and have agreed on terms and a price, show the landlord, property manager, or real estate leasing agent your Lease Deposit Power Guarantee approval, and make sure you obtain their acceptance of this form of lease deposit guarantee before you enter into your purchase lease agreement (the landlord, property manager, or real estate leasing agent can contact Pensio to obtain your Lease Deposit Power Guarantee certificate).
Rental agreement security deposit amounts are generally one-months rent. We require you to pay the first month's rent.
Once your lease agreement with acceptance of the Lease Deposit Power Guarantee is accepted by the landlord, p[roperty manager, or real estate agent then you will be required to pay the Lease Deposit Power Guarantee fee initial monthly fee.

Lease Deposit Power Guarantee (Landlord)
If we have issued a landlord, property manager, or real estate leasing agent a Lease Deposit Guarantee Certificate you will need to advise us by email of the tenant's lease violation of the lease agreement, and then provide us a copy of the lease agreement, a notice of lease violation served on the tenant and court order, or tribunal order judgment ordering a tenant evicting the tenant from the rental property.
We will pay the Lease Deposit Power Guarantee amount stated on the tenant's certificate to you within ten (ten) business days of you obtaining the court order or tribunal judgment.
